What to Include
Tell us the email address of the Google account you sign in with, what you were trying to do and what happened instead. If a video failed, the reference shown in the generator helps us find it.
What We Can Help With
- Video problems: a render failed, came out wrong or won’t download. Failed renders give their credits back automatically; if you’re not happy with a finished video, we refund it to your original payment method.
- Credits and payments: packs, credits, discounts and refunds, including the unused credits of a partly used pack.
- Privacy: deleting your photos before the automatic 30-day deletion, deleting your videos or your whole account.
- Rights concerns: if you think a video made here uses your image without permission, email us the details and we’ll look into it.
