This Privacy Policy explains how Puerto Rican Mami AI (“we”, “us”) handles your information when you use https://puertoricanmamiai.org.

Information We Collect

  1. Account information: when you sign in with Google, your Google account name, email address and profile picture.
  2. Photos you upload: the one or two photos you provide so we can make your video, including the faces shown in them.
  3. Videos we make for you: the dance videos created from your photos and related details such as their status and creation time.
  4. Payment information: your orders and their status. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
  5. Analytics: we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to understand how the site is used.
  6. Where you came from: a cookie set on your first visit that remembers where you came from (for example, the site that linked to us). It’s kept for 30 days.

How We Use Your Photos

  • Your photos are used only to make the video you asked for.
  • They’re kept in our own storage and deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
  • To make the video, your photos are processed by our AI video provider, which doesn’t keep them.
  • We never sell your photos, your videos or any of your data.

Your Videos

Your videos stay in your account so you can watch and download them, until you ask us to delete them.

Service Providers

We rely on providers for sign-in (Google), payments (Stripe), analytics (Google Analytics), file storage and AI video processing. Each receives only what it needs to do that job for us.

Deleting Your Data

You can ask us at any time, by email to [email protected], to delete your photos earlier than the automatic 30 days, to delete your videos, or to delete your whole account. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law, such as getting a copy of your data.

Age

Puerto Rican Mami AI is for people 18 or older. Don’t use it if you’re under 18, and don’t upload photos of anyone under 18.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, for Google Analytics and for the first-visit cookie described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site, such as staying signed in, may stop working.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
