The rules for using Puerto Rican Mami AI: who can use it, what you may upload, credits, refunds and your videos.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Puerto Rican Mami AI at https://puertoricanmamiai.org. By using the service, you agree to them.

The Service

Puerto Rican Mami AI is an independent online tool that makes Puerto Rican Mami AI dance videos from one or two photos. It isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, CapCut, Baby On The Track, the dance’s creators or Everybody Hates Chris.

Who Can Use It

You must be 18 or older to use Puerto Rican Mami AI. You’re responsible for your account and for everything done with it.

What You May Upload

  • Only photos you have the right to use: of yourself, your pet, or people who agreed to be in the video.
  • Everyone in your photos must be 18 or older. No photos of minors.
  • No photos of celebrities or public figures.

What You May Not Do

You agree not to use Puerto Rican Mami AI to create anything illegal, sexual, hateful or harassing, to impersonate someone or pass a video off as real footage of them, or to attack, overload or misuse the service.

We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend accounts that do.

AI Results

Results vary. It’s AI, so faces, hands and moves can come out a little different from the original take, and we can’t guarantee how a video will look.

Credits and Payments

  • Credits are sold in one-time packs, paid in USD through Stripe. There is no subscription.
  • Credits never expire.
  • If a render fails, it’s retried once for free; if it fails again, its credits come back to your account automatically. If the AI’s content check refuses a photo, the credits come back as well.

Refunds

Refunds are paid in money, back to your original payment method through Stripe:

  • if you’re not happy with a finished video, email us and we’ll refund it;
  • if you’ve used part of a pack, we refund the credits you haven’t used yet.

Your Videos

You may download your videos and post them, including on TikTok and other social platforms. You’re responsible for how you use them and for respecting the rights of anyone in them. Please label them as AI-generated when you share them.

The Service Is Provided “As Is”

Puerto Rican Mami AI is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If you keep using Puerto Rican Mami AI after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
